We follow the guidelines from the Office of Fair Trading in regards to Refunds Refunds rights: If any of our products have a fault that you didn't realise at the time of purchase please contact Trap Door Dist within 7 days of your goods arriving if you wish to claim a refund.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, please return to the address on your invoice
